Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. This policy includes:

Incorrect size ordered

Personalization errors made by the customer


Defective or Damaged Items


If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or has a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photographs. Upon verification, we will offer the following options:

Replacement of the defective item

Full refund to the original payment method


Lost or Undelivered Orders


For orders lost in transit, please notify us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if the order is confirmed lost, we will:

Reship the order at no additional cost

Offer a full refund if the item is no longer available


Please note, if the tracking information indicates that the order was delivered but you have not received it, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.

To initiate a claim for a defective, damaged, or lost item, please follow these steps:
